Forty years
of expertise.
Built to cause
your Wellth.
Wendy Lund is the CEO and Founder of Wellth Management Inc. and Good Grief Academy™ — two platforms built on the same conviction: that what we have been calling stress, burnout, and fatigue is often grief, and that naming it correctly changes everything.
A retired registered nurse and former health sciences professor, Wendy brings 40 years of clinical and academic grounding to work that refuses to pathologise the people it serves.
If not now, when?
“When you teach a first responder to manage a difficult airway, you save a patient’s life. Teach them how to manage a difficult emotion and you’ll save theirs.”

Where the Weight
of the Work Is Real.
Leadership Training & Organizational Wellbeing
For four years, Wendy has delivered leadership training within the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General, including the Mental Health and Mindfulness Leadership Program (MMHLP) and PsyCap training. She has also delivered PST, CISM training, and wellbeing conferences in partnership with Corrections Canada — working alongside leaders who carry what institutional systems rarely acknowledge.
First Responder & Emergency Services
Over two years working with Brampton Fire and Emergency Services, delivering occupational grief literacy and wellbeing programming to frontline crews and leadership. In partnership with Badge of Life Canada and Horse Sense North, extending the reach of grief-informed practice across the first responder community.
Death-Adjacent & High-Exposure Workplaces
Over the past year, Wendy has provided WellthCare to Ronald McDonald House Charities, supporting staff and volunteers navigating anticipatory and cumulative grief in environments that sit quietly beside death and loss. She also works closely with Applaud for Public Service Workers, addressing the grief tax carried by those whose mission-driven work consistently asks more than it returns.
Good Grief Academy™
Grief literacy for individuals and organizations. Because unprocessed loss is the silent cost no one is measuring — and the Grief Tax is real, compounding, and completely addressable upstream.
The work speaks.
So does the record.

Proprietary. Evidence-based.
Built on 40 years of real work.
Continuous Grief Adaptation Model. Grief as an ongoing process, not a crisis event. The upstream alternative to deficit-based programming.
Digest, Integrate, Grow. A practical framework for moving through occupational grief without losing capacity or coherence.
Reach for Resiliency. Delivered to over 3,000 first responders and corrections workers. Normed on the populations that need it most.
Occupational Grief Integration Readiness Scale. An instrument for measuring readiness to integrate occupational grief at the individual and organizational level.
A cognitive framework for naming and redirecting habituated thought patterns. Applied in coaching, training, and the Wellthypreneur VIP Weekend.
Systemic upstream wellbeing programming built specifically for the corrections sector. Because corrections workers are not the same as fire, paramedic, or healthcare.
